With our unique Extended Warranty Programs, you can look to a single source to guarantee that the installed fiber and copper cabling, plus connectivity hardware, will support current and future applications designs as defined by TIA/EIA and ISO/IEC at the time of manufacture for 20 years through the lifetime of the building.

The PeformaLink® Warranty
|
With our PerformaLink Warranty, Superior Essex guarantees that our premises CAT 5e, CAT 6, and fiber optic network installations will meet or exceed the standards as defined in TIA 568 at the time of product purchase for 25 years. Our warranty covers the permanent link of the network as defined by the TIA/EIA 568-B series, which includes the cable and connecting hardware.

The NextLAN® Warranty
|
In partnership with Leviton, Superior Essex warrants that our premises CAT 5e and CAT 6 certified network installations will exceed the standards as defined in TIA 568 and NextLAN performance specifications at the time of product purchase for the life of the building.
Our warranty covers the permanent link of the network, which includes the cable and connecting hardware; and is extended to include the channel link provided that the applicable Leviton patch cords and equipment cords are utilized.

The Campus Warranty
|
The Campus Warranty Program offers a 20 year warranty on the OSP copper and fiber cables from Superior Essex within the campus project in addition to the extended warranty for Superior Essex premises cabling products.
