Justin Deedy was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Superior Essex Inc. as of March 2013. He has over 30 years experience in the wire and cable industry, and a broad range of experience in the manufacturing sector. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Superior Essex Inc., overseeing the daily operations of the business. Prior to that he served as President of Superior Essex Communications LP and Executive Vice President of Superior Essex Inc.

David Aldridge    David S. Aldridge
David Aldridge is the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Superior Essex Inc. In his current role, Aldridge is responsible for the company’s financial operations. Aldridge previously served as chief financial officer and treasurer of Superior TeleCom and as chief restructuring officer. Aldridge also worked for The Alpine Group, where he served as chief financial officer and as treasurer. Aldridge was chief financial officer of Superior TelTec Inc., the predecessor company to Superior TeleCom, and he was also previously employed by KPMG.

Mary Love Sullenberger    Mary Love Sullenberger
Mary Love Sullenberger is the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Superior Essex Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the provision of all legal services to the company. Sullenberger joined the company in 2004 and previously served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Superior Essex, Sullenberger served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of AirGate PCS Inc. She also served as vice president and assistant general counsel of Norrell Corporation.

Debbie Baker-Oliver    Debbie Baker-Oliver
Debbie Baker-Oliver is the senior vice president of corporate administrative services of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, labor relations, and employee communications. In addition, Baker-Oliver is responsible for information technology, real estate, security and environmental controls. Baker-Oliver joined the company in 2004, following four years with Cingular Wireless, where she served as executive director of corporate real estate. She was also vice president of interconnection for SBC Communications. Additionally, Baker-Oliver held senior positions in human resources and labor relations at SBC.

    Matt O’Donnell
Matt O’Donnell is the senior vice president of finance and corporate controller of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s internal and external public financial reporting requirements, compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), coordination of financial statement audits, and the development and maintenance of our company-wide system of internal controls. Prior to his current role, O’Donnell served as Vice President-Finance for the Industrial Technologies/Club Car division of Ingersoll-Rand Corporation. O’Donnell also held financial leadership positions in other divisions of Ingersoll-Rand, including a two year assignment in Europe with Ingersoll-Rand’s Security Technologies Group. Originally from the state of Indiana, O’Donnell earned his BS degree at Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State. O’Donnell maintains his CPA and CMA certifications and an alumni of Ernst & Young

David Reed    J. David Reed
David Reed is the president of Essex Group, Inc. and executive vice president of Superior Essex Inc. In his current role, Reed is responsible for the North American Magnet Wire and Distribution and Copper Rod business segments. Reed joined the company in 2007, following his work in a variety of executive positions with Newell Rubbermaid.

Tim Waldner    Tim Waldner
Tim Waldner is the president of Superior Essex International L.P., and executive vice president of Superior Essex Inc. Tim joined the company as senior vice president of Marketing for the Communications division in 1999 and additionally assumed responsibility for product development in 2008.
