Brian Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of Superior Essex and is responsible for the company’s global operations. Brian brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in the manufacturing industry as well as management. Previously, Brian served as President of LG Hausys America where he led the Company turnaround initiatives and restructuring projects. Prior to that, Brian was SVP – Corporate Management Officer for the holding company of LG Group where he was involved in the strategy and decision-making for future business opportunities.
Brian majored in Economics at Yonsei University in Korea as well as holding a B.A. in Applied Statistics from The College of Business and Economics. He has also completed postgraduate studies and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor.

Augustine Shim is the Chief Financial Officer of Superior Essex and President of Cyprus. As CFO, Augustine is responsible for the company’s financial operations and as President of Cyprus, Augustine’s main role is to act as an intermediary between Superior Essex and its Shareholders (LS). Augustine brings with him 20 years of experience at LG Electronics, where he spent over 11 years as CFO in overseas subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and the United States. Augustine joined LS in February 2014 where he brought with him years of experience in management, finance, M&A, and investor relations.

Mary Love Sullenberger is the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Superior Essex Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the provision of all legal services to the company. Sullenberger joined the company in 2004 and previously served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Superior Essex, Sullenberger served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of AirGate PCS Inc. She also served as vice president and assistant general counsel of Norrell Corporation.

Debbie Baker-Oliver is the senior vice president of corporate administrative services of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, labor relations, and employee communications. In addition, Baker-Oliver is responsible for information technology, real estate, security and environmental controls. Baker-Oliver joined the company in 2004, following four years with Cingular Wireless, where she served as executive director of corporate real estate. She was also vice president of interconnection for SBC Communications. Additionally, Baker-Oliver held senior positions in human resources and labor relations at SBC.

Matt O’Donnell is the senior vice president of finance and corporate controller of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s internal and external public financial reporting requirements, compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), coordination of financial statement audits, and the development and maintenance of our company-wide system of internal controls. Prior to his current role, O’Donnell served as Vice President-Finance for the Industrial Technologies/Club Car division of Ingersoll-Rand Corporation. O’Donnell also held financial leadership positions in other divisions of Ingersoll-Rand, including a two year assignment in Europe with Ingersoll-Rand’s Security Technologies Group. Originally from the state of Indiana, O’Donnell earned his BS degree at Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State. O’Donnell maintains his CPA and CMA certifications and an alumni of Ernst & Young

Tim Waldner is the president of Superior Essex International L.P., and executive vice president of Superior Essex Inc. Tim joined the company as senior vice president of Marketing for the Communications division in 1999 and additionally assumed responsibility for product development in 2008.
